Recommended Applications

The AL1677 integrates different MOSFETs to adapt different wattage applications. The output current is limited by the internal integrated MOSFET,

and the SO-8 package

’s heat dissipation capability. The minimum output voltage is limited by the LEB time, and is recommended to 15V. The
