Option byte configuration

The STM8S105C6T6 Beeper output is enabled through the alternate function remapping

option (AFR7) of the OPT2 option byte:

AFR7 = 0: port D4 alternate function is TIM2_CH1 (default)

AFR7 = 1: port D4 alternate function is BEEP (required)

STM8S105xx datasheet, respectively.
