Conclusion

This application note describes a dual and single output flyback converter demonstration

board using the VIPer17HN device. Both output types can be achieved with the same

printed circuit board. The device integrates input from customers by offering several

protections and a built-in 800 V, avalanche-rugged power section. It also provides efficient

short-circuit, overload and overvoltage protections, and consumes little power at no load.
