Since it can form a system by one chip, it contributes to cost reduction and higher efficiency in system. Characteristics $ Program memory : 512 bytes for GMS30004/012 1024 bytes for GMS30112/120/140 $ Data memory : 32 Ø 4 bits $ 43 types of instruction set $ 3 levels of subroutine nesting $ 1 bit output port for a large current (REMOUT signal) $ Operating frequency : 300KHz to 1MHz $ Instruction cycle : 12.5usec @480KHz $ CMOS process (Single 3.0V power supply) $ Stop mode (Through internal instruction) $ Released stop mode by key input (Masked option) $ Built in capacitor for ceramic oscillation circuit (Masked option) $ Built in a watch dog timer (WDT) $ Low operating voltage : (2.0~4.0V) Table 1-1 GMS300 series members Chapter 1.
