17 / 50 page  17 MB89180 Series 7. PROM Option Bit Map The programming procedure is the same as that for the PROM. Options can be set by programming values at the addresses shown on the memory map. The relationship between bits and options is shown on the following bit map: Notes: • Set each bit to 1 to erase. • Do not write 0 to the vacant bit. The read value of the vacant bit is 1, unless 0 is written to it. • Address 3FF6H cannot be read and should not be accessed.
