OPTIONAL OUTPUT FILTER
If an output filter is required for the CVBS, Y, UV, Chroma and
RGB outputs of the ADV7192, the following filter in Figure 101
can be used in 2
× Oversampling Mode. In 4× Oversampling
Mode the filter in Figure 103 is recommended. The plot of the
filter characteristics are shown in Figures 102 and 104. An output

filter is not required if the outputs of the ADV7192 are connected
to most analog monitors or TVs, however, if the output signals
are applied to a system where sampling is used, (e.g., Digital
TVs) then a filter is required to prevent aliasing.
