High Slew Rate, Low Offset Voltage

J-FET Input Dual Operational Amplifier

DESCRIPTION

The UPC814 and 4094 are faster versions of the UPC812 and 4092. These are dual operational amplifiers

with J-FET inputs that use a high-speed PNP transistor in the output stage to provide stable operation with a

high slew rate of 25 V/μs and a gain of 1times (all feedback).

The resistor-trimming method proven in other Renesas High-Precision Op-Amp and High-Precision reference

voltage is incorporate in this Op-Amp input stage, thus producing an excellent low offset voltage characteristics

that has surpassed conventional general purpose op-amp in spite of being J-FET input.

Depending on the operating ambient temperature, UPC814 is suitable for communication application while

UPC4094 is for general-purpose usage.

In addition to this series of line-up, a single channel type operational amplifier, UPC813 with the same circuit

configuration is also available.
