serial data BLKCNT.

BLKCNT = H; This pulse stays low during the

absence of effective pixels within the

vertical blanking or during the

sweepout signal.

BLKCNT = L; This pulse stays high during the

sweepout signal.

The output phase of PBLK is selected by serial data.
