Therefore overload counter starts immediately counting down when the lock is enabled. In case of a permanent over-temperature situation the die temperature may not decrease at the point in time the channel control started locking both channels as shown in Figure 10.3. In this case the overload counter does not stop counting up if the configured assert time is expired. Finally the overload counter reaches its maximum value of 255 (0xFF). |
