The floating driver is not subject to this

shutdown command, but its charging path is

disabled.

Power Good (PG) Output

The MPQ9840 includes an open-drain power

good (PG) output that indicates whether the

regulator output is within ±10% of its nominal

output range. When the output voltage moves

outside of this range, the PG output is pulled to

ground.
