Diagnostics functional description

It is recommended to keep output voltage always below 8 V (high threshold) or 4 V (low
threshold) to avoid the circuit to saturate (causing wrong detection cases).
This feature is disabled if any overloads leading to activation of the short-circuit protection
occurs in the process.
