BeRex’s BGS4 is a high performance InGaP/

GaAs HBT MMIC amplifier, internally

matched to 50 Ohms and requires no exter-

nal matching components. The BGS4 is de-

signed for high linearity gain block applica-

tions. It is packaged in a RoHS2-compliant

with SOT-363 surface mount package.
