CAP2+

DC/DC voltage converter. Connect a capacitor between this pin and

CAP2-.

CAP2-

DC/DC voltage converter. Connect a capacitor between this pin and

CAP2+.

CAP4+

DC/DC voltage converter. When use 5-times voltage converter, connect a

capacitor between this pin and CAP2-.

VRS

Internal-output VREG power supply for LCD power supply, normal is

NC.

This is multi-level power supply for liquid crystal driver, and must

maintain the relative magnitudes shown below:

V0 ≧V1 ≧V2 ≧V3 ≧V4 ≧Vss

Output voltage regulator pin. When “IRS=H”, this pin is NC, when

“IRS=L”, connect a regulation resistance between VSS and V5.

C86

MPU interface select pin, “H”: 6800 MPU interface, “L”:8080 MPU

interface. When “P/S=L”, this pin fixed to “H” or “L”.

P/S

Parallel/serial data input select.

“H”: Parallel data input; “L”: Serial data input.

HPM

Power control pin for power supply circuit.

“H”: normal mode; “L”: high power mode.

IRS

V5 voltage level adjustment resistor select.

“H”: internal resistor use, L”: external resistor use by VR pin.
