Typical Application

Cin: Recommended input capacitor 47uF, aluminum electrolytic type

Cout: Recommended output capacitor 220uF, Tantalum type, each capacitor

ESR<100mΩ

C1,C2: Recommended 0.1uF ceramic capacitor

Io1+Io2≤10A

Fusing

The ALQ07 power modules have no internal fuse. An external fuse must always be

employed! To meet international safety requirements, a 250 Volt rated fuse should

be used. If one of the input lines is connected to chassis ground, then the fuse must

be placed in the other input line.

Standard safety agency regulations require input fusing. Recommended fuse rating

for the ALQ07 Series is 2A.
