Note that additional components, R2 and R3 = 300 Ω, L5 and L6 = 680 μH, C5 = 1 μF, and L4 = 2.2 kΩ at 100 MHz, have been added to support low frequency operation. The gain and the return loss of this circuit are shown in Figure 95 and Figure 96. Figure 95.
