After an intermediate power dip all registers are set to their initial values (see note 3 at Table 4) and an internal power-on reset bit will be set with the consequence that the device will give no acknowledge on the data byte after a first addressing. The power-on reset bit will be reset if the control register is addressed. It is recommended to then refresh all registers by using the auto-increment function. 3. All subaddresses within the range 00H to 0BH are automatically incremented. The subaddress counter wraps around from 0BH to 00H. For subaddresses within the range 80H to 8FH no auto-increment takes place. Subaddresses outside the ranges 00H to 0BH and 80H to 8BH are acknowledged by the device but no auto-increment or any other internal operation takes place. 4. Single data byte in case of no auto-increment of subaddresses. More than one data byte with auto-increment of subaddresses. 5. STOP condition.
