Connect this pin to Line/ Neutral of AC main voltage through resistor to provide the

startup current for the controller. When VCC voltage increase to trip the point of

UVLO(ON), this HV loop will be turned off to reduce the power loss on the startup circuit.

An internal resistor divider between HV to GND pin will monitor AC line voltage to

activate Brown-in/out function control.
