Figure 78 is the overdrive recovery time performance comparison of the baseline ADL8101-EVALZ configuration vs. the optimized ADL8101-EVALZ. The input DC blocking capacitor is the major component for slowing down the recovery time. C1 = 100 pF is the selected value with the least effect on the recovery time performance. Figure 126 shows the gain and return loss of the modified optimized application circuit. Figure 126.
