The current limit mode could result in excessive power on the switch, which increases the TJ quickly. The SIP32433A and

SIP32433B have OTP, providing an enhanced level of production.

Once the device is off due to OCP or OTP faults, the SIP32433A stays in the latch-off state and the SIP32433B auto-retries after

32 times of the programmed soft start time. They can be reset by toggling VIN or EN / UVLO.
