7. Operational Description

7.1. Driver power supply voltage characteristic (Charge pump voltage characteristic)

In the graph above, VDH is the charge pump output voltage and the power supply voltage for the high side

driver. VDL is the power supply voltage for the low side driver. This IC generates the VDL voltage from the VDH

voltage by the regulator to keep the VDL voltage constant even when the VDD voltage is low. VDH and VDL have

the following characteristics.



Case1) VDH = 3×(VDD-VF)

VDL = VDH-2V



Case2) VDH = 3×(VDD-VF)

VDL = 12V



Case3) VDH = VDD+12V

VDL = 12V



Case4) VDH = 36V

VDL = 12V
