High Voltage Constant Current 3A Laser Driver

Figure 13 and Figure 14 show LIO signal waveforms. Load = 1Ω.

As shown in Figure 13, Figure 13.1 and Figure 13.2, when

a square wave of −100mV ~ +100mV, f = 100Hz, is

applied to LISL (LISH), measure the waveform of LIO.

The rise time should be about 100µs, and the fall time

should be about 100µs.

As shown in Figure 14, when a square wave of 0.5V ~

1.7V, f = 100Hz, and the red waveform is applied to

LISL (LISH), measure the waveform of LIO (yellow).
