Open-Drain Charge Status Output. When the battery is charging,

the CHGb pin is pulled low. When the charge cycle is completed or

VCC is removed, the CHGb is forced high impedance.

current is given by IBAT= 100/RPROG(A). Please choose 1%

precision resistor for RPROG.
