LED driver consisting of a resistor-equipped PNP transistor with two diodes on one chip

in a small SOT23 plastic package.

2. Features and benefits

• Stabilized output current of 10 mA

• High currrent accuracy at supply voltage variation

• Reduces component count and board space

• Qualified according to AEC-Q101
