DESCRIPTION
AN33012UA is 2-channnel DC-DC Controller IC with
Step down Regulation that employs the voltage mode
switching control system, and drives P-channel external
power MOSFET stages.
This IC can be operated with wide input voltage range
and is build in several protection functions, so this IC can
provide high reliability power supply system.
Since it is possible to use up to 2 MHz switching
frequency and output current is adjustable by P-channel
external power MOSFET, this IC realizes downsizing of
set and reducing in the number of external parts.
Output voltage is adjustable by user.
Output current is dependent on external FET.
