Description:
Return from Interrupt. Stack is POPed
and Top-of-Stack (TOS) is loaded in
the PC. Interrupts are enabled by set-
ting Global Interrupt Enable bit, GIE
(INTCON<7>). This is a two-cycle
instruction.
