Figure 20-3 shows an example connection to perform on-board wring.

Note 1: When other parts on the application board effect the UART communication in the serial PROM mode, iso-
late these pins by a jumper or switch.
Note 2: When the reset control circuit on the application board effects activation of the serial PROM mode, isolate
the pin by a jumper or switch.
Note 3: For connection of other pins, refer to " Table 20-3 Pin Function in the Serial PROM Mode ".
