Parameters

The type of recipient, the types of TO and CC are used to

construct e-mail header in the field:”To:” or “Cc:”.

TO, Normal Recipient.

CC, Carbon Copy recipient.

BCC, Blind Carbon Copy recipient.

<index>

Index of the type of recipient, decimal format

The Email recipient address.

The Email recipient name.

The max length of <rcptAddress>.

The max length of <rcptName>.
