This command is allowed to establish a TCP server only when the state is IP

INITIAL or IP STATUS when it is in single state. In multi-IP state, the state

is in IP STATUS only.

<mode>

A numeric parameter which indicates the wireless connection

mode

0 set CSD as wireless connection mode

1 set GPRS as wireless connection mode

GPRS parameters:

<apn>

A string parameter which indicates the access point name

<user name> A string parameter which indicates the user name

A string parameter which indicates the password CSD

parameters:

<dial number> A string parameter which indicates the CSD dial numbers

<user name> A string parameter which indicates the CSD user name

A string parameter which indicates the CSD password

<rate>

A numeric parameter which indicates the CSD connection
